Roasted Octopus Salad

Roasted Octopus Salad

  • Boil whole Octopus in salt water
  • Chop Octopus
  • Roast in broiler on high
  • Finish in saute pan with olive oil, roasted garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with a parsley garnish.
