Roasted Octopus Salad
- Boil whole Octopus in salt water
- Chop Octopus
- Roast in broiler on high
- Finish in saute pan with olive oil, roasted garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with a parsley garnish.
